I can't Take Saplings out of my MultiFarm with Pipes.

Is it possible to use BuildCraft pipes to take saplings out of the MultiFarm. I wanna make biomass so I can have a self-sustainable farm.

Yes, it is possible. Can get any excess out of a multiblock farm via the farm hatch block(s).

You also dont need a redstone engine or anything. Forestry multifarms auto eject into golden transport pipes. be sure to use the "hatch"

I know, but my pipe takes wood and apple out of the hatch, but not saplings.

The automatic output of the multifarm hatch is a little too slow for me (out the bottom side of the hatch) instead I use 2 routers with machine filters, speed upgrades, bandwidth upgrades, and one with an ejector upgrade that pulls out of the multifarm and spits into the other router. The other router is set to insert into extra-dimensional barrels. My method is a bit expensive, but I don't have to worry about any clogging in my farm.

Are your supply slots for saplings full? If all 6 of the sapling slots aren't full, they all go there first.

It restocks saplings until it has no room then it exports them out of the farm. You can put in dirt to fill all the slots but one.
