Bug I cant rejoin my world

Ive been playing on singleplayer and I have done a mistake, when placing a deconstrocter from refined storage I hit it with the crecent hammer and it faced a redstone energy pipe. This causes my game to crash and not being able to connect.

How can I fix this?

One way would be to use mcedit to remove that block. Also it would be nice if you could create a bug report for this with refined storage so that this can be fixed.
