I can't reinstall the client

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Title I can't reinstall the client

Details of the issue I had it installed a while ago, but deleted it. Now when I try to reinstall it it tells me the launcher is already installed. It says if I want to re-install it I should go into the uninstall programs section of the control panel, but I don't have an option to uninstall it there. It doesn't even appear in the list. I've tried manually deleting all the files in the windows explorer, but that doesn't work either.

I researched it a bit and it seems it may be a registry error. I tried running ccleaner but that didn't fix it.
