I can't load any modpacks, FML not setting up MC enviroment

I have had so many problems with modpack things like Technic and now this, too. Every time I load up a modpack, it downloads, even though the files are in an obvious spot. Then, FML says it's "Setting Up My MineCraft Environment" and stays at 0% forever. It did that for DireWolf and Mindcrack, and Brony modpack came up with a white screen. I would really appreciate help, because I would really like to play something like Mindcrack. Thanks. Oh, and there are no errors in the log.

This sounds like it is not downloading lib files required for forge, are you able to provide any more information on the log?

by vannila minecraft i have some mod's installend and i have got also fml modloader.. there does it load but by ftb it doesn't..
