Windows .exe I cant launch any FTB mods

No matter which Modpack I try to load it always ends up crashing right after the Mojang screen. It might be a FML problem because that's also crashed a few times I've tried to open Mindcrack. I think this problem may have started when I updated Java recently. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything FTB related but it just isnt working. Different file than usual, but it is the same error. Your antivirus is being over zealous and not allowing minecraft to access that file. You need to add an exclusion in your antivirus for the mod pack folder. It also would not hurt to move the launcher and mod pack out of the downloads folder and install it the recommended way by using this guide.
