I cant download the assets of any modpack

I cant download any modpacks.(Currently I am playing the direwolf20 1.7.10 pack) it says error while downloading the assets but when I re download the launcher it just stops like on the console the last sentence is Asset hash checking failed: minecraft/sounds/mob/magmacube/small4.ogg sha1 3ad2756d56741cc402285191308d13ebf7ff3d6d (sometimes its something else ) and then I stop the launcher and open it click launch again it does the same thing.after doing this a couple of times it doesnt stop it says error while downloading the assets it. I dont know whats wrong with it I have fine internet.I changed the location to CurseCDN I have java 7. It worked before but after I re-installed my windows it just does not want to work. please need help
 
Try deleting the instance folder and doing a fresh download. (make sure to backup any saves located in the folder first.)
