I cant download none of the ftb or third party modpack

Hello im trying to download any kind of modpack like hubris and other modpack but i always get this error on every download "Error occurred during downloading the assets".

I get this log every time i try to download any modpack.

I see in the log that you have installed two versions of Java. You should try to delete the 1.7.0_79 of the two Java Versions. This is the first step

Do you use a 32-Bit system of Windows or a 64-Bit system? In the log of the launcher i find 32-Bit Java and 64-Bit Java.

i use a 64bit of-course
i even tried to download the packs on a different machine but same results.
