I can sprint really fast while wearing the Quantum Leggings from IC2 but I can't do the quantum leap with the Quantum Boots piece of armor! I hold L-Control and jump and I still jump normally!

IC2's standard settings are a bit weird - they tie the speed boost from the legs to sprinting, but the jumping to the boost key. If you only use the boost key you cannot run fast, and if you only sprint you cannot jump high. I think it's stupid and always go into the IC2 config and set the legs back to using the boost key as well.
It turns out that the Boost key wasn't working because its default key (L-Control) was being shared with another feature called Placement Modifier. I changed Placement Modifier's bound key to the Capital key and now the Boost key works fine. What mod is Placement Modifier from? And what does it do?
Nope. Sneak is on L-shift... by default at least. And the keybind is called "sneak". Placement Modifier is something else entirely - never heard of it before.
I assumed it was the same thing. Unless it was added by Gravi Suite so you can place things in the Gravity suit without falling out of the sky.
If your ingame isn't Scott Bakula, forget about it. Scott Bakula is the only one that does quantum leaps.
