Hi, i have played ftb for a while and i like playing it i know some stuff and i am searching for a player who can host and ftb monster server and wants to play with me.I am from bulgaria i know english well i dont mind if the player wants to record but i really want to play with somebody.Please dudes i really want to play in a server ! Hope i found somebody

ty but i want to play in server with 1 or 2 players not whitelist with 20 players and griefers but ty btw :)

Host your own server. People, especially servers hosts are not here to cater to your exact needs. If your looking for servers with small whitelists then your not going to find much unless you do it yourself, servers small enough to fit your wants stay private to prevent people from asking to join.
