well i havent even added it yet so if thats the case then i wont even bother really ill just delete the downloads

Yeah Optifine is not recommended any more due to the mentioned incompatibilities. Also vanilla 1.6 MC has now incorporated a few of the things that Optifine did before. But we are sadly still stuck without stuff like multicore chunkloading etc.

Ahh yeah that was Optifine too. I was actually looking for the shortcut for that the other day, couldn't find it anywhere :p

Its a real shame that noone decides to recode Optifine to meet the proper standards, so it would be compatible with forge again.
