Almost, now that I think on it. Golems will do everything you need. Smart Iron to kill them, wood to pick up the drops and either clay or iron to move it to a chest for you. The only thing it won't do is breed them. But your breeder of choice can be filled with clay or iron. (I can never remember which is which.)
