Summary of the problem Huge performance drop when placing blocks above Experience Obelisk

Pack Version 1.0.0

What is the bug? When I place any block on top of Experience Obelisk (be it Alloy Smelter or Soul Binder) the performance goes bye bye.
From solid 60FPS to 30-ish, "root.gameRenderer.level.terrain_setup.rebuildNear" uses 80 times more CPU.

Is it repeatable? yes, 100%

Known Fix remove the block from top of the Obelisk
