Huge FPS Problems

Details of the issue:
So i wanted to play FTB Ultimate with Optifine 1.4.6_HD_U_D5 and ShadersMod-mc1.4.6-ofuD5-1.44 together with a 128x Sphax Pure BD Craft Texture Pack. Here are my Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4x5,1Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX980TI G1 Gaming
MoBo: ASRock Z97 Fatal1ty
RAM: 16GB 2133 G.Skill Ripjawz
HDD: SSD etc...

So my Computer config is pretty good, but the problem is, that if i deactivate everything (Shaders, Texture-Packs) i roughly get 30-50FPS and with everything turned on i only get 10-20 FPS. I already updated to 64Bit Java and allocated 10GB RAM in the Launcher... Any other suggestions please?
