Huge fps drops when playing FTB Revelation 2.3.0

Details of the issue Hello,
recently me and my friends decided to play the modpack FTB Revelation on version 2.3.0 via twich launcher but the problem was that I was the only one who weren't able to play it properly. I have these huge fps drops (2-5 fps) while I am on the server (it's the same in singleplayer). I tried using more RAM, reinstall Minecraft and Java, using an older and newer version of Java and updating driver. Nothing seems to be helping. I even got a better system than my friends. My specs:
- Windows 10 64 gb
- AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
- ASUS ROG Strix RX 480 8gb
- 8gb DDR4 RAM
