Huge Difference in endermen spawn rates between Direwolf1.16 - 1.1.2 and 1.2.0

Upon updating to the latest version of the modpack (1.2.0). I discovered that my enderman farm's efficiency drastically decreased. I didnt think of the pack version being a variable, so i ran quite a few tests and happened to accidentally downgrade a different instance of the pack. I found that the spawn rates are essentially 1/4 of what they are in vanilla and previous versions of the pack. This should probably be put into the bugs thread, but i do not have permission to post in there. Here is a video of the difference in spawns.

All mob spawns have been DRASTICLY reduced. I first noticed it when I took a trip to the nether and was able to casually stroll through the nether for a solid 15 mins before I seen a single mob.

The issue steams from a mod that was added, performant. The installed version affects all mobs. The updated version is ment to address this issue and focus on controlling mobs in a mob farm.

EDIT: After manually updating performant to the latest version, the issue seemed to resolve itself.
