HUD Display missing (armour and breath bar)

Details of the issue:
After installing some additional mods to my game server, the armour and breath HUD elements are now missing. Everything else works fine in the game, there are no other issues with gameplay or textures. Is there anyway to determine what's causing the issue or how to fix it?​

umm...around 216 mods - server was running stable at 183 mods. the new mods added are as follows:
Jewelry Craft
Security Craft
Battle Towers
Compact machines
EE
EE3
Flans
Floocraft
Mekanism generators and tools
minecamera
modular pots
modular powersuits
numina
ultratech
vehicular movement
zeron Power craft
The rest are updates on old ones

I have no idea which mod caused that. You could take a look at the game options to see if there is an setting added to disable/enable parts of the hud. If not, the only thing I can think of is to uninstall mods on by one until you get the hud back.
