I was looking into starting a new map for my spall monster server (I use creeperhost) and notice that somehow I could use Atg and biomes o plenty together. Is this something hard do?

Very easy to do. ATG can automatically use BoP if properly configured and both are installed, said configuration being default in FTB.

You would need to edit the server script to use "ATG" as the world type; I forget the exact parameter you need to change.

Edit server.properties and set "level-type=ATG"

Note that this will apply only to new world generation so if you've already started your world you'll have to delete it and start a new world.
