How to stop getting stuff in survival mode

Hey, started playing in feed the beast, but i want to stop getting stuff when I click on it.
So when I press E and see something on the right, and I click on it. It gives me 64 of it.

I want to keep that map but just change it so it stops giving me things when i click on them

Go into options on bottom left of the inventory and change from "cheat mode" to "recipe mode"
