How to stop automated bees trait change?

Hi

I made some yellorium queen with good traits, but when I put them into an automated production system, to make yellorium, some traits of the new queens change back to the original yellorium bee traits.

Is there any way to stop the trait change, or shoud I build in a genetic imprinter to the system?

They should only change if the drone and the princes don't have the same traits. If this is the case you need to change it so they both have exactly the same traits and it should stop changing

There's a bit of randomness associated with queens.

It's best to imprint good traits onto the drone and the princess individually and then mate them so there's no chance of crap traits sneaking back in.
