Problem How to start the server?

I download Direwolf20_server. How to me now to start it? I am a beginner in this case, I want to play with the friend.

But, I tried, and to me displays such message:
"java" isn't internal or external team. the executed program or the package file.
What can be?

I have and i try reinstall java, but dont work.
I have 2 computer with windows xp and wondows 7, but any way dont work.

So if you go into "Add/Remove" programs, is Java on the list? If so, does it list which version?

Do you have java 32bit and java 64 bit both installed by any chance?

Thank you. I undarstand, what a problem i have. I need just install 64bit java. Now im start server.
