how to sort bows from coming into ME system from farm

I have a skeleton farm set up, but i get alot of bows, which floods my ME system, how do i make it filter out all the different kinds of bows?

Easiest way is to set up a buffer chest of sorts, have the drops go there first, then filter (blacklist) bows in a line to your AE system, then send another line from the buffer with a filter (whitelist) for bows to either trash them or if you want to, stick them in another chest to sort through them to get enchants etc..
