How to migrate old instance to the new FTB launcher (Twitch to Overwolf)

Hi, I'm returning to Minecraft after long pause and saw that the Twitch app no longer provide Minecraft play.
I installed the new FTB launcher (with Overwolf) but I can't see my previous instance for the DW20 1.12 modpack.
I tried pointing the instance folder in the settings to where it was previously but it doesn't seem to work.
It always reset to the default location in AppData\Local\.ftba\instances

Would really like to be able to get back into my old game.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
