guys i have question how to make the glue from the Tinker's Construct?

Now I'm trying to figure out how Someone Else could have possibly interpreted "swimming" to mean "without liquid." I mean, I know you're just going for clarity, but now I can't get the image of a horse flailing around in an empty black pit out of my head.

Ahem, if you have rubber wood from IC2 or MFR, either of those in a Thermal Expansion Sawmill will produce a glueball instead of sawdust. Rubber might also melt into glue. Have to test that one.

I've never heard of that before, not seen it in nei.

That's odd. Every pack I've played that had those three mods has had it.

It's super useful not to kill them all, leave 2 and breed them occasionally, sacrificing the young ones for glue.
