Problem How to make FTB Unleashed Server Mac

Hey there, I am wanting to make a FTB server just for myself to play on so my projects are always running. I Have found tutorials on how to make an ultimate server but the server download for Unleashed is different than Ultimate. Any help would be great! and if you are wondering i have never ran a FTB server before and i have about 3GHz of i5 power and 8 gb of RAM.

Thats for windows I need a mac tutorial, and as of now i can't find one for Unleashed, could the tutorial for Ultimate also work for Unleashed?

Only thing different between modpacks is the contents of the folders but not the process. And that tutorial is for linux.

Would you happen to know how to load my Single player world into the Server?

Copy from folder named world to folder named world.

???? How do you make it that makes no sense

in finder hold option while clicking go on the top and and select library then go to application support-Minecraft and there is you "world" folder, in the server directory move it to */Minecraft
