How to have multiple FTB Packs at once

Details of the issue:
When i download a pack i get four different files on my desktop, which are: The Mudpack folder, the Version folder, The Assets folder, and the Libraries folder. This doesn't let me download more then one pack because when i try to install another one folders are already on the desktop and gets confused how can i fix this? I tried with MultiMC but didn't know how to do it. PLEASE HELP​
 
go to options and change the install directory (or whatever it is called).
It is recommended that there are no spaces or other special characters in the path.
