How to get the best TPS (Tick Per Second) Massively reduced lag

This was almost worthless. he used a brand new world that wont have lag anyway, instead of a world that is acrtively suffering from lag to show a before and after. he also explained it in ways that confuse people into thinking it doesthings it doesnt. Basically this was a 4min video of how to install a mod. Great. This doesnt improve server stability, it improves tick lag, not framerate lag or other sorts of lag. He also didnt even credit the mod author.

Sigh have you even gone to the YouTube video to find the links before you start slagging people off?
This does work on used worlds and new ones but you didn't know that did you because you didn't do any research?
I use this as well on my server which is packed full of people the majoirty of the time with no lag at all and a constant stable TPS. As for understanding i cant really make it more simple sorry if that is hard to process for you. Ticks per second does help FPS drops, For example there are features in the mods that help with entities and other elements of the game that are known to cause lag. If you remove them you remove the chance for large FPS drops.All in all this adds a level of smoothness to the game which helps.
Show the results on your real server then, that demo on your video is worthless. Not to mention what problems this mod byself can bring up! To people thinking of testing this, first backup your files, then read the mods thread and then test it out...
