How to get started with magic bees?

Hi,

So I recently researched thaumic bees and was wondering how to get started breeding them. My ultimate goal is Aura bees. So how exactly do i get started with this?

I am using the yogcraft pack but i installed thaumic bees.

So what you need to get to are purebred Stark Bees and from there you manufacture the Aura bee as show here http://mc.nessirojgaming.eu/bees/index.php?title=Stark_Bee

To get Stark bees you need Supernatural + Arcane crossbred.

If you click on the Supernatural bee it shows you which crossbreeds to mate to get it.

What you need to do is work all the way back down the tree until you get to a hive bee, then start working forwards again.

Oh BTW Stark bees have their own thaumic research so you'll need that too, if I remember correctly in the thaumonomonomonomocon there's thaumic bees and stark bees (separate research).

Actually you can use hybrid bees as long as the active species trait is Stark. There are no downsides to using hybrids, you end up with a completely overwritten bee either way.
