How to get server listed in-game on "Public server list"

The Legion server is listed on the FTB Revelation server page on this site, but it cannot be found on the "Public server list" in-game. Is there a setting we are missing or is it something that needs to happen from the FTB team?

That has nothing to do with the forum or the server list here.
