That requires both client and server to have that mod. I perfer something thats only needed server side.

So its not required to be on the client too? As the page says its required on both client and server.

you CAN login to the server if you don't have client side. also i tested the bug myself not working

Yup, didn't know anyone was still playing 1.4.7, but RPTweaks only needs to be installed server side to work. Installing it client side will fix a few minor crashes though.
