How to find gravestone?

I was playing in Material Energy^4 and died in the Vanilla Mining sphere but I can't find my gravestone anywhere. I turned death waypoints off because they were all over the map but now that seems like a stupid decision. Is there any way to get the co-ordinates of my latest death?

I don't know which gravestone mod does it, but there is a gravestone that actually logs the location it spawns in the console, so you should be able to find the location of the gravestone through the console log

Spatial storage won't handle gravestones, so just unload the area & it should be left in the big empty room.
