How to enable ALL UU Matter recipes on my server?

Hello everyone,
I have recently started a server based on the Direwolf20 modpack.
Me and several players on my server have since discovered that while we can craft all the typical things (stone, obsidian, copper dust, tin dust, iron ore, etcetera) it is not possible to, for instance, use UU-Matter to craft ender pearls and other such things. Is there any way to enable all the crafting recipes for UU-Matter?
We really like the concept of UU-Matter and would therefore like to utilize it to its full potential, hence this topic :)
Anyway, thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
