How to do anything with Thorium Dust?

So I've been trying to make Thorium Cells for my nuclear reactor, but whatever I do, I cannot make it into a cell. The Wiki has no information regarding this, which is frustrating. It won't even specify how I make them into ingots(there isn't even a page for it, although there's an ingot in-game).

I'm playing FTB Ultimate 1.1.2.

Compressor the dust then can the cell. You'll need the Automatic canning machine for this.

In NEI, if you press "U" while hovering over an item, it will show you all the recipes that use that item. If you hover over an item and press "R", it will show you the recipe for that item.

I use Thorium for cells in my nuclear reactor, that's the only thing I can think of.
