How to disable fire spread?

Hi guys,

I'm running a FTB Ultimate server with Forge Essentials & I'm looking for a way to disable fire spread.
Does anyone know how to do this??

My initial thought was, water.

Try:
/gamerule doFireTick false

xD well water is helpfull, but won't prevent it ^^
I read somewhere that firetick prevents fire from extinguishing automaticaly? (like when lighting strikes it wont go out by its own)

Well according to the wiki, it only affects the spread of fire, but I have never used it so, I'm not sure.
I'd say do some testing in SSP with cheats on to test it. If it works, your golden.

Well, firespread is prevented that way so thanx!
Though I switched back to the original Essentials (from Forge Essentials, there are too many missing features... ) so now I changed those settings which give me some more control.
