How to disable Block Display Box?

I must have inadvertently fiddled with settings somewhere, but now I have a box that appears at the top of my screen whenever my reticule hovers over a block. For example, when I look at the ground, it says [Grass Block], and then when I hover over a nearby tree it says [Oak Wood]. It is causing a problem where I get a textures missing block whenever I hover over shimmerleaf. Seeing as how I don't know what mod this is originating from, Google searches to solve the issue have failed. Does anybody know how I get rid of this, or in the alternative, does anybody know how to reset all my mod settings to factory default? I am using Direwolf20 1.5 v2.

This is an option in NEI. Open NEI and click on options. Click on 'highlight tips shown'
