Direwolf20 doesn't need power converters, as he's a fan of actually making all the differen't power setups and wiring, power converters would mean less for him to do for his videos. Although he did express some annoyance with how MJ and RF have a one way conversion thing and how in the Version of AE DW20 uses P2P tunnels couldn't transport RF.
Now power converters might be good for other users of the modpack as not many people have the patience to manage more then one power system, but DW20 pack is essentially something to match his SSP LP series to let his watchers play along with him.

Did you read even the first page of this topic? If you had you would have seen people complaining about necroposting, which you have just done as well. Well done.
No he hasn't. The definition of necropost is different on this forum.
Who cares if it's a few months old? As long as useful information is added, it is not a necropost around here.
Is hardly useful considering the OP was asking for help on a completely different version of MC. Necroposts on this forum are more heinous than anywhere else with the speed things change in modded MC.

Therefore in the original sense of the thread it's useless information, he's gone, wrong version of MC. I could give a detailed breakdown of The Grand Unified Theory and while it would be a massive scientific breakthrough and incredibly useful info however it would still be a necro because it has nothing to do with the OP.

I think "useless post" and "information" need to expanded on then, probably not in your signature but somewhere in the rules.
That's why I didn't say something like "You are wrong, this is definitely necroposting". Obviously we have different definitions of "useless post" and "information" so if the mods would put up their definition that would stop them from having to say whether or not something is a necropost every time. People have different viewpoints on things, this is why we have rules in the first place, so that we have one viewpoint that we can all agree on.
true, but consider this; it's not our job to judge what is or is not necroposting, and definitely not our job to enforce it. what has happening in this thread now is far more detrimental than that single (informative) post that triggered somebody's ocd.
