how to change material's special modifier

hello i want to know how to change material's special modifier using Iguana tinker tweaks
example : changing the cactus jagged modifier to beheading modifier so when i craft a cactus tools it will have the beheading modifier on it instead of jagged

It's not possible right now. Someone requisted this on the Minecraft Forums just today though.
