How to add Optifine to MagicFarm 2?

I just started playing MagicFarm 2 today and I like it but I get lag cause of fog. So is there anyway I can install Optifine to MagicFarm 2 or turn off fog without it. I've allocated 5.0 gb to FTB so I know its not memory issues.

Just add it via "add mods" (or manually, if your wish). Works fine for me.

Tinkers construct doesn't play too well with optifine. There is a version that's works though, I could PM it to you if I remember

I am using 1.6.4 HD U C8. There is some flickering with a number of mods, but in my opinion nothing significant.

I have used C8 but it crashes me everytime I start up. Going to go try C6

That is odd. By starting up do you mean before or after you try to load your save? I have had crashes with certain texturepacks because java ran out of memory, but I am not sure if that was related to OptiFine
