How to add mods to an FTB beyond server

So I like to use Applied Energistics ME system, but the beyond server is missing extra cells 2, I can add it to the client with no issues, but when I try and install it on the server it crashes the server. I would like to be able to use the extra cells 2 fluid storage, if anyone knows how to do so that would help greatly.

It should be as simple as shutting down, adding the mod to the correct folder and restarting. If you're getting a crash, try posting a pastebin of the crash log so that the techies can dig out the pertinent bits.

Yea, I added it the mods folder and it crashed the server. I have uploaded two log files from the last crash.
