How many soul frames to mutate bees?

Hey guys can anyone tell me please how many soul frames i do need to mutate a bee ?
I would like to begin with cultivated and then imperial so i just put the bees in(forest and meadows) and then how many soul and chocolate frames you suggest me?

As DoctorOr said, you don't need ANY frames to mutate a bee.

Using Soul Frames increases the chance of mutation and chocolate speeds up the bee's life cycle so that it can mutate faster.
