How many Peat Farms to power an HP Boiler

Greetings,

I decided to start up my workshop and since I didn't have distilled bees yet, I decided to go with the solid fuel box for my HP Boilers. I went with the full 36 block boiler. Right now the boiler is at 846deg (90%ish) and I've been feeding it peat and coal.

I was just curious as to how many Peat Farms I will need in order to keep the boiler at max power? Right now I have 4 farms stacked on top of each other but I am making a loss on Peat. I'm assuming it's because the boiler is not at 100% but I was just curious how many I would need when it does reach 100%.

Well it will take 713 peat per hour. I'm not sure how much the farms output in that time. Try testing it and just math it.

That's pretty cool. I actually decided to also power it with the coal generated from my Wither Skeleton spawner... yes I know I was bashing Wither Skeleton shards awhile ago because they don't drop the skulls unless if an entity kills them but I decided to take that back since the coal has been useful for endless coal dust and coke and now the HP boiler

That's why you give a turtle a gem/diamond sword, and let it have a good time!

Besides that, good job on the 36HP. It's a nice project to undertake, and extremely useful for the massive amount of MJs you now have access to as such.

yeah and once I get distilled bees, I plan on building 2 more liquid HP boilers
