Modular Powersuits Power Tool is awesome. I had diamond shielding, jet pack module, 1 elite battery and a railgun module. Took it down without destroying any healing crystals, on hard setting. That was a week or two ago, now I just use the Blink drive to teleport around the end mocking the endermen.

How do you hit the dragon with a bullet? I watched WayOfTime videos of killing it with a handgun, and it seems like it is hard to hit it even with any kind of seekeer bullet.

The trick is to use other ammo to kill the endermen nearby. The seeker tracks to mobs near you with preference. Quickly bunr them down and the the dragon is absolutely swarmed by the bullets. I learned this AS I was fighting the dragon so I got outdamaged by DoctorOr and Poppycocks who had lightning wands (and jetpacks, I only had a glider), but the 2 shots I got to hit true once I figured this out both did over 25% damage with seeker bullets.

I've been playing Minecraft since... Beta 1.7 or 1.8, I think. Never killed the Enderdragon. Don't see why I'd ever want to. Ender bees aren't worth that much of a detour.

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever been to the End in a non-testing world. Took one look around, saw how dull it was, left & never went back.

I feel that the boss mobs are not designed for mods so I generally avoid fighting them unless I need the drops for something. I dunno, it just feels wrong fighting a 200 hp flying triple-headed black poisonous ghast with debug armor that Alblaka forgot to remove quantum armor and a renamed world-edit tool mining laser to just one-shot him. In vanilla, full diamond armor + enchanted diamond sword + enchanted bow with a bunch of potions and notch golden apples (Golden apples crafted with golden blocks) is barely enough to kill the wither so if I ever do fight the ender dragon or the wither I'll probably do it in nanosuit armor or full enchanted diamond, as that feels more balanced.

Of course, I abuse the s*** out of my mass solar farm and bee farm to get infinite diamonds and I also used EE2 a bunch when we were still in 1.2.5 so I don't know why I'm suddenly having an urge to not use any OP items against things that were meant to be hard.

I agree, we need a mod that blends well that adds some tougher bosses. I love Twilight Forest for that, and there are some mods that increase how tough the enderdragon is, including its attacks, health, and speed. I think it would be amazing to see the end dragon replaced with a mechanical beast with mining laser eyes or something, and not for an april fools prank either, I mean legit, OMG, NO WAY CAN I BEAT THAT THING type monster.

Or maybe you beat the Ender Dragon and use something new it drops to create a Mechanical Dragon Egg that spawns the Advanced Enderdragon? Like in Terraria with Skeletron Prime, the Destroyer, and the Eye of Cthulu?

Yeah, it sounds more feasible to edit mob drops than remove the boss and replace it. I would totally build the shit out of a massive arena hundreds of blocks in size out of warded stone and glass just to spawn an advanced ender dragon and and either fight or keep as a pet.

The first time someone beats the dragon they feel sort of bad ass... Please let them enjoy their moment of bad assittude instead of telling them how easy it is now and how we did it back in the day with wood swords up hill both ways before it was mainstream.
