How do you set up infinity server?

Hey guys,

so I wanted to play with my friend and obviously downloaded the server exe.
I tried to install it but failed, can you help me?

Ahhh didn't know you have to agree something but when I change it to "true" it doesnt save it any idea why?

How would you do this with a hosted server, as most use the multicraft panel to start/stop/restart your server?
