How do you set unused parameters for FTB Utilities?

Example: I want to change the chunkload limit in my SP setup of the DW20 1.10.2 pack. The parameter is explained in the html files, but it isn't actually used in any of the config files in the "local" folder - viewing and a text search didn't get any results - so I can't set it from within the pack using ftbu's config command. Where must I add what exactly to do this?

I believe most of the information is controlled via the Ranks.json

Well, I really have not the slightest idea what I must write where to set a chunkloading limit different from the default. Is anyone here who can tell me or point me to some relevant information?
