How do you make chrome or titanium?

I have looked in the recipe menu and searched google and cannot find out for the life of me how to make either.

Place 24 Bauxite dust and 16 empty cells in an industrial centrifuge.. The process will take 2 500 seconds giving you 16 aluminium, 1 titanium, 10 hydrogen cells and 6 compressed air cells

To get chrome you need to place 9 ruby dust and 3 empty cells in the industrial centrifuge.. takes 250 seconds giving you 2 aluminium, 1 chrome dust and 3 compressed air cells.

Looking at the centrifuge, combined with the age of the video, I'd guess one of the versions of GregTech. I don't *think* its late enough for TechReborn
