How do you make a Flat Plains Biome with Bright lighting

Could you help me make a Flat Plains biome for my house. If you could help I will like a Flat Plains biome work and the mod pack I am using is Infinity.

I assume you are talking about Mystcraft.

Well I gave you a very detailed recipe on how to do it your self, but I suppose someone else could do it for you. Problem is though that you have specified very little on what you actually want.

Do you want a Flat world? Or just a Plains biome world? Single biome world? Weather? Sun/moons? Populators? Terrain alternations? Special colours?

As you can see I would have no idea what to write in if I was to do it for you.

Could it be A flat world, Plains biome single biome normal moon, normal star normal stars ect ect

Plains Biome, Single Biome
Stone Block, Water Block, Flat
Dungeons, Mineshafts, Nether Fortress, Strongholds, Villages(Pick those you want, you want to have at least one/a few I think(not entirely up to date of newer mystcraft mechanics))
Star Fissure(safe return should you loose linking book, jump into the fissure)
Caves, Ravines(You want at least one).
Full, East, Nadir, Normal Moon
Full, East, Zenith, Normal Sun
Full, East, Normal Stars
Normal Weather
Natural Foliage Color, Natural Grass color, Natural Water Color, Natural Sky color, Natural Cloud Color, Natural Fog color

That should give you something along the lines of what you described. I have not specified colours of sunsets, stars etc. so you might get something random for those. And just used Natural for all the visuals. You can tweak that your self.
