How do you create soul shard in FTB infinity Evolved

I have tried cooking soul sand but it turns to glass. I have tried just putting it in the crafting bench and it doesnt do anything. I have also tried the Endstone, netherack, glowstone and clicking with a diamond and it wont work please help

I'm afraid Soul shards mods aren't in default stock infinity, thus are impossible to create.
