They require lazurite dust. From what I can see using NEI, there are only a few machines that I can go with to make it, but they require advanced circuits to make (i.e. the macerator, industrial electrolyzer) unless there is something I am just missing. Resources are not a problem, but I am unsure of the direction I need to travel here to do it. I'd like to get into some advanced builds with Big reactors, Nuclear reactions, and so on.
