How do you configure the Convocation of the Damned city's size?

I've heard from a couple of people that you can change the size of the demon city that's spawned by the Convocation of the Damned ritual, but a look in the config doesn't show any obvious numbers to change. Can someone direct me to the correct number to change in the config? Thank you!
