How do you change Min and Max heap sizes?

When I launch Feed the Beast, I get an error saying ," Incompatible minimum and maximum heap sizes." I know what those are , but I don't know how to change them. If you do, please post how. Please and Thank you. :)

If you tell me what they are, I might be able to help you, no garentees though, I have no idea what they are :p

Its a memory/ram issue. Try going to to the options menu in the launcher and play about with the ram size to see if that helps.
