How do you automate BuildCraft Machines with ME autocrafting?

I am playing on Ultimate for 1.4.7.

So I have my IC2 machines hooked up to my ME system no problem. But when I tried to connect my BC machines, it wouldnt output back into the system, even with import buses. I have an ME interface on top of each BC machine and an import bus on the back end. I tried reconfiguring the machines so that the orange output is on the same face as the import bus, that didnt seem to work.... The items get inputted fine but when for example I try to make glass by inputting sand into a powered furnace, the glass doesnt get imported back into the system through the import bus.

Also, I figured I might as well ask this now, how would I go about automating and connecting an induction smelter/magma crucible/liquid transposer to my me system? Lets say I want to make bronze by inputting copper and tin into an induction smelter. How would I make the crafting pattern? I tried just putting three copper and 1 tin and making a pattern from that but that didnt seem to work. And how would I do this with magma crucibles/liquid transposers for when I want to automatically craft tesseracts?

Any help would be appreciated :) thank you

I could be wrong, but I think the issue is that Buildcraft does not "auto-eject" items. That's why Buildcraft has what they call "Extraction" pipes. I think Emerald is an "extraction" pipe. You probably have to attach an emerald pipe to the BC machines to get the items out... from there it should be simple. If conduits won't connect to BC pipe, then pump the BC pipe stuff into a chest, and attach AE2 import bus to the chest. I usually just attach BC pipe directly into a Thermal Expansion Tesseract, because I always have a Tess attached to my AE2 system so I can send items into my AE2 from anywhere.

As for auto-crafting, using your bronze example, you do indeed simply put 3 copper ingots and 1 tin ingot into a crafting pattern, and tell it you get 4 bronze ingots (Tinker's Alloy ingots, I think it's called in Thermal Expansion). I don't know why that wouldn't work for you. Try it again. Make sure you have the proper bronze ingot (since it's a TE machine, use the TE version of bronze ingot).

For the TE liquids like Resonant Ender, I have a Magma Crucible ("MC") atop an Fluid Transposer ("FT"). The MC gets an export bus for EnderPearls. I just send infinite pearls to the machine, when it fills up then it will stop sending them. The FT gets the ME Interface where I put the pattern for the (Empty Tesseract Frame -> Filled Tesseract Frame) crafting pattern. And then the FT also gets an import bus of course, to pull out the completed Tess.

What would you want to automate anyway with build craft? i thought for a moment and i don't think that build craft has any machines like that, unless your using the auto crafting tables, and those should work easily.

Also, in 1.4.7 some BC machines can't be automated. Thermionic Fabricator was one. And there are a few others that required certain items to be put in from certain sides.

Update: I actually figured out how to pump stuff out of my BC machines into my ME system, I just played around with the internal config's of each machine.

Thank you for all of your advice, I got tesseract and bronze automation :)

Thermionic Fabricator is from forestry.

And it can technically be automated, it's just REEEEAAAALLY annoying.
